Meet Joe Clabby
Designated Driver and Towing was founded by Joe Clabby in 2021 to meet Greater Rock Hill’s need for safe, affordable and reliable passenger and vehicle transport.
A longtime resident of Rock Hill, Joe is proud to be an Eagle Scout and member of the Rock Hill Chamber of Commerce.
In his spare time Joe enjoys working out with his German Shepherd, Jax.
